Roger D. Hunter: Owner/President, attended the University of Tennessee. He has over 15 years of
experience in the insurance industry and has worked for such companies as Liberty Mutual, Reliance Insurance,
PMA Insurance, Sedgwick CMS and BridgeWorks Commercial Management. He has handled major accounts which
includes Home Depot, Ruby Tuesday, Cingular Wireless, International Paper, Dover Elevator, Henkels & McCoy,
Alcoa, Haskell Construction Company, Rouse Construction, Balfour Beatty Construction Company, just to name a
few. His experience includes catastrophic claims during Hurricane Katrina for general contractors, major fire losses,
vandalism, property losses, slip & falls, workers compensation claims and foreign insurers such as Lloyd’s of London
underwriters. He has handled claims which range from several thousand dollars to multi-million dollar claims. He
specializes in construction defect claims, builder’s risk, heavy litigation and property losses.
Lance Wooten: Co-owner/Vice President, is a seasoned attorney and claims
adjuster with over 25 years of experience in claims. Lance’s experience includes managing accounts and
supervising litigation and administration of claims for such companies as Gay & Taylor, McLarens Toplis North
America, Engle Martin & Associates and BridgeWorks Commercial Management. He has handled Product Liability,
Environmental, Construction Defect claims, Property claims and Casualty claims for Lloyd’s, Swiss Re, Gerling and
North American Specialty. He possesses a juris doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, as
well as extensive training in claims at State Farm Claims School, Crawford & Company Claims School, Vale Tech
Property Claims School, George Epps Property Appraisal School. He also has had extensive training in insurance
law and coverage evaluation and many years of experience in investigating and evaluating both casualty and
property claims. Lance’s specialties are construction defect claims, builder’s risk, heavy litigation, environmental
and property losses and general liability claims.
Susan Hunter: Vice President/Subrogation Manager has over 30 years of experience in subrogation, 25 years
with Liberty Mutual Insurance. She helped develop policies & procedures, established successful programs for such
companies as Liberty Mutual and Sedgwick CMS. She has designed a successful subrogation & recovery unit which
has brought in more money in a quicker time frame for Fortune 500 companies such as Coca Cola Enterprise, Pepsi
Bottling Company, Domino’s, Church of Ladder Day Saints, just to name a few. Her goals included utilization of
experience staff, maximize client’s returns, solidify ongoing relationships with client partners which frees up
examiners to concentrate 100% on management of mainstream claims versus recovery claims, thereby maximizing
efficiencies.
